Looking to refresh your wardrobe, find a unique gift, or discover hidden treasures without spending a fortune or harming the planet?  Want to repair your jewellery, pick up a free book, or participate in a mini interactive workshop?

You’re invited to Uni.lu’s Autumn Edition Flea Market, a cozy celebration of sustainability, community, and all things second-hand and special.  Browse a wide selection of gently used clothes, shoes, accessories, books, home décor, useful household items, and unique handmade creations. It’s the perfect opportunity to shop more mindfully, give items a second life, and embrace a more sustainable lifestyle as the colder season sets in.

Much more than just a market…

  • Enjoy a free book swap where you can bring a book and exchange it for a new read!
  • Got a necklace or earrings that are broken or need some adjustment?  Bring them along to have it repaired for free at our Repair Café for jewellery!
  • Learn how to transform leftover bananas into yummy snacks with a drop-in cooking workshop hosted by FairTrade Lëtzebuerg!
  • Test your knowledge on Plants & Seeds in a quiz organised by our partner TERANGA!
  • Indulge in a slice of cake and a cup of coffee or tea, on us!

Why buy new when you can reuse and re-love?
This event is about more than shopping. It’s a chance to share, reduce waste, connect with fellow members of the Uni.lu community, and make a positive impact through small, sustainable choices.

Date: Wednesday 4 November 2026
Time: 16:30 – 18:30
Location: Maison des Arts et Étudiants (MAE, Campus Belval)

Gather your gently used treasures, bring your friends, and join us for an evening of sustainable finds, creative activities, meaningful exchanges, and community spirit.  We can’t wait to see you there!
