This peaceful evening is designed to refresh your mind, body, and spirit.

The programme will include:

  • Welcome & 10-min meditation
  • Pranayama (10 min)
  • Yoga, meditation, & relaxation (90 min)
  • Tea break, writing exercise & sharing circle (30 min)
  • Yoga Nidra (10 min, optional)
