WEDNESDAY 01/07/2026 – ST MARTIN OF TOURS ITINERARY, LUXEMBOURG CITY
What place do the values of Saint Martin of Tours (sharing, humility, solidarity, etc.) hold in the history and collective memory of Luxembourg?
🚶Walk around Saint Martin Church in the Weimerskirch district, followed by a discussion over coffee in the neighbourhood with WeCitizens Luxembourg City
From Tuesday, 30 June to Sunday, 5 July 2026, we invite you to join the final free walks and guided tours organised by WeCitizens asbl as part of the project “Urban Alternatives: Routes for Intercultural Dialogue“.
These walks are open to everyone, regardless of age, background, language or origin.
They offer an opportunity to discover Luxembourg from a different perspective — through its history and heritage, but also through the experiences, memories and viewpoints of the people who live here.
🌍 Throughout the walks, we will take time to meet, exchange ideas and share our perspectives in a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
Each participant brings their own story and helps enrich the collective experience.
🎨 To capture these moments, a professional illustrator will accompany the walks and create illustrated journals inspired by the encounters, conversations and discoveries made together.
The project is supported by the Ministry of Family Affairs, Solidarity, Living Together and Reception.
