The International Society for Computational Biology’s Regional Student Group Luxembourg (ISCB RSG Luxembourg) association is pleased to invite you to a presentation and live demonstration of {targets}, a workflow manager for the R language.
Are you a Master student, PhD candidate, or staff member at the UL and looking to advance your R skills and learn to better manage your workflows with the powerful {targets} library? Then this is your opportunity to join a presentation and live demonstration of the make-like pipeline toolkit for statistics and data science in R to accelerate analysis with easy-to-configure parallel computing, enhance reproducibility, and reduce the burden of repeated computation.
The event will take place at the University of Luxembourg on the 6th of June 2024, from 09:00 to 11:00 am in Maison du Savoir (MSA), Room 2.380, Campus Belval.
Refreshments will be provided.
