On 16 May at 4 pm, the Mental Health Café cordially invites you to the painting room in MSA 4.380! We welcome all members of uni.lu to participate. Painting and craft materials will be available, but feel free to bring your own utensils for creative DIY projects! You can also symbolically send your worries through the shredder. Healthy snacks, tea and coffee will also be available.
Afterwards, you will have the opportunity to record your creations and works of art in a short video clip, which we will edit into a complete work of art! A suitable theme will be announced during the event for you to be inspired by.

We would like to ask you to put your mobile phones on silent during the café and concentrate fully on your mental health, without work in mind.
We look forward to seeing you there, even if it’s just for a quick chat.
