Do you worry about your future or problems all the time ? or feel anxious and tensed even about small events ?
If yes, then this in- person group workshop can help you !
Anxiety and worry can be quite overwhelming during a student life. But you DO NOT need to live with it. Lets learn to live more and worry less. Learn practical coping skills to manage your worry or anxiety.
The group session will help you :-
- Explore & recognize your anxiety triggers
- Learn coping skills & techniques for your worries
- Be a part of a support system through shared experiences
There will be 1 session every Wednesday for 3 weeks, for a small group of people in a safe and confidential space. The group sessions will be facilitated by university psychologists. There are limited spots for this group workshop.
For effective learning, it is best to be consistent for all the 3 sessions
