A documentary by Ingwar Perowanowitsch
(2025)
This documentary focuses on the most beautiful cycling cities in Europe and shows how the success of the infrastructure is not a coincidence, but the result of bold political decisions. The film explores in particular what makes these cities such pleasant places to live, what makes a city a
welcoming environment for cyclists, and what conditions are necessary to successfully transition to sustainable mobility and an environmentally friendly urban transformation.
Through numerous testimonies from urban planners, politicians
and practitioners on the ground, the documentary shows how ambitious choices can bring about lasting change to public spaces and improve quality of life.
