Nightlife should be a space where everyone feels free, respected, and safe. Creating safer spaces is a shared responsibility. Safer nights are built collectively through communication, solidarity, awareness, and caring for others. Consent, respect, and kindness are essential to a more inclusive and supportive party culture.
This interactive workshop invites participants to reflect on consent in the context of nightlife and to explore how each of us can become an active bystander. Together, we’ll explore our personal boundaries, ways to communicate them clearly, and how to better understand and respect those of others.
Through discussions, real-life examples, and participatory exercises, we’ll also learn how to identify situations where someone feels uncomfortable, vulnerable, or in danger, and discover different ways to respond and support others safely.
This workshop is open to anyone who wants to contribute to an inclusive and respectful nightlife culture.
