Applications are now open for the Teranga Youth Delegation to participate in the World Social Forum (WSF) 2026, taking place in Cotonou, Benin (4–8 August 2026).
This unique opportunity is open to 3 motivated young people (aged 21–28, based in Luxembourg) who are interested in global social, environmental, and development issues. Participants will engage in a one-year learning programme (April 2026 – April 2027), including preparation, participation in the forum, and post-event knowledge sharing.
During the forum, participants will:
- Take part in workshops, discussions, and networking activities
- Co-organise and facilitate sessions
- Engage with international civil society actors
- Contribute to media and communication outputs
The programme also includes training sessions, intercultural preparation, and post-return activities in Luxembourg.
Requirements:
- Residence in Luxembourg
- Availability for the full programme period
- Ability to work in English and French
- Strong motivation and willingness to engage in teamwork and public dissemination
Costs:
All major costs (travel, accommodation, programme) are covered by SOS Faim. Some personal or administrative expenses may apply.
