As part of Orange Week, all women and girls are invited to take part in a self-defense course organized in collaboration with the Service des Sports de la Ville d’Esch-sur-Alzette and the Cercle de Judo Esch-sur-Alzette.
Learn simple and effective techniques to boost your confidence and strengthen your sense of safety in a friendly and supportive atmosphere.
