Join us and immerse yourself in the sounds of nature!
What impact do man-made noises have on wildlife? What information is ecologically relevant in terms of environmental monitoring? How can acoustic methods contribute to species conservation?
Come find this out and more the 29th of October!
We’ll have a workshop hosted by Sam Erpelding, the current resident artist of the University of Luxembourg and Casino Display. Where Sam will introduce us to the basic research methods of eco-acoustics. We’ll have an excursion to the Ellergronn nature reserve in Esch-sur-Alzette (LU) and learn about field research practices with the aid of sound technology.
Meeting point: Parking at Ellergronn nature reserve in Esch-sur-Alzette
