Following the positive feedback from our previous session, we’re pleased to invite you to a new health talk designed to support your well-being.

This inclusive and informative session will focus on the impact of perimenopause and menopause, covering common symptoms, typical age ranges, and strategies to understand, manage, and ease the transition.

Open to all ages and genders, this talk aims to promote awareness, understanding, and support around an important phase of life.

Join us in-person or online on June 16th at 12:30, in MAE, Room 1010.

The session will be led by Carrie Cannon, a nurse, certified health coach, and founder of Think Pink Lux ASBL, who offers a practical, evidence-based approach to health education.

Please remember to register—we look forward to seeing you there!
