Are you between 18 and 21 years old? Get ready to pack your bags!
E4E is the coolest European youth program! During a three-week program
you get to explore the cultural wonderland of Luxembourg, France, Belgium,
the Netherlands, Germany, and Italy. There’s a spot for one person of each
EU member state, meaning you’ll join a group of 27 nationalities!
This program takes place every two years, and the nineth edition sets sail from 4 to 22 July 2026.
Who we’re looking for:
- Civically minded youth/young adultswith a track record of service or community engagement
- Emerging leaderseager to learn, collaborate across borders, and turn ideas into action
- Team playerswho value diversity, dialogue, and respectful debate
- Ready to committo the full program schedule (including travel dates)
- Comfortable working in English(other languages welcome)
- Open to mentorshipand follow-on projects with Rotary/Rotaract partners

Cost: The organizing Rotary clubs will cover the accommodation costs during the exchange. We ask you to make a personal contribution of €350 and pay your own travel costs to arrive in Italy on July 4 and travel home from Luxembourg on July 22.
