Digital Business Days

From the 14th-16th December 2022, you will have the opportunity to have an one-on-one 15-minutes meeting with business representatives from our partners. In order to participate in the Digital Business Days 2022
you must register via this Google Forms until 30.11.2022 and leave a 20€ deposit which ANESEC will refund to you after the event took place.

1. Select every company and organization in which you are interested in having a meeting with.
2. Please select as many time slots as possible on which you are available to be sure to get a meeting with the company of your choice.
3. Upload your CV. If you are unable to upload your CV please send us an e-mail to: external-relations@anesec.lu until 30.11!!

We will do our best to respect all the time preferences that you selected. However, it may be possible that some companies are not available during the hours that you have selected. In that case, we will send you an available time slot and you have to confirm us if this time slot suits you.

!! Your registration is only complete when you have uploaded your CV and transferred a deposit of 20€ to us either via a bank transfer to the following bank account:  LU76 0019 2355 0226 0000 or via Payconiq (Digicash) to the following phone number: +352 661 860 845 !!

Of course, we will refund you the whole amount of the deposit after the event took place, but only if you didn’t miss any of the interviews that you signed up for. This deposit should prevent students from signing up for meetings but not keeping the appointments, as these meetings could have been attributed to other students who also wished to participate in the event.

It is of course possible to cancel an interview, but only before the deadline of the 7.12.2022 at 11:59pm.

 

During the Business Days:

Before the event takes place, we will send to you an e-mail with all your confirmed interviews, dates, and links necessary to join the call.
