Picture Policy:

By buying a ticket you agree that you may appear in pictures taken during the event, which may be publicly shared after. You retain the right to request any picture you appear in to be deleted by writing to esn@uni.lu . Pictures will not be used for commercial gain.

Refund policy :

Tickets are non-refundable, though you can give/sell the ticket to someone else (this is your own responsibility).

Smoking/Drug Policy :

Smoking or vaping inside the venue is prohibited, except in the dedicated smoking area. Drugs are forbidden!

You will be removed from the premises with no re-entry allowed!
